Kim's Biography :
Originally from Indiana, Kim served in the United States Air Force and has traveled the southeast. She’s lived in San Antonio, TX, Biloxi, MS and Savannah, GA, before settling in TN 15 years ago.
During that time, Kim gained a wide array of experience. In the Air Force, she specialized in Bioenvironmental Engineering. She was a licensed Real Estate Agent in Biloxi in the 90's, a survey drafter with an engineering firm based in Savannah, and has designed and drafted custom homes for an architect in TN. She continues to work part time as a residential project manager for a local builder.
This unique path has provided Kim the opportunity to gain a wide array of experience in development, construction and the housing market. She’s built close relationships with builders, architects, surveyors & developers. She's familiar with all aspects of the building process including new construction and remodel design, subdividing property, boundary plats, plot plans & deed research. Kim has a clear understanding of subdivision regulations, easements, setbacks, Architectural Review Committees, zoning, covenants & restrictions. She's owned multi-family investment property and is familiar with the lending process.
Kim and her husband live in Farragut and attend Two Rivers Church. She is a member of the Knoxville area Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Kim has volunteered with Engineering Missionaries (EMI) where she designed an addition to a children's home in Honduras. Kim and her husband enjoy Volunteer Football, hiking, boating, home projects and spending time with their family.
